Moving house after 31 years is daunting- nothing seems to go the same way now as you remember. Mark is very professional with an intimate knowledge of the market and gave us great guidance. This is the most unethical agent I have ever seen, especially the one named Tayla Crow! They used the customer information to seek benefits privately without the customer's permission. Their behavior violated the law! I will continue to follow up on this matter!
