I regret ever stepping foot into Dr. Outz’s office. I initially chose this practice due to its proximity to my home, but convenience quickly turned into a nightmare. I hardly ever give bad reviews, Although this one is much needed. I have a 5 star prior to my visit today. I pay 400.00 a month just to see Dr. Charles Outz, I requested today to see him to make sure I could get some clarity on something I was upset about. Needless to say, Mrs Outz, whose impression is also a Dr. ~ Mrs Outz doesn't have a degree in medical. Dr.Outz is my primary and has been for years now and I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff & Dr.Outz. Dr.Outz has helped me greatly in this battle against RA I have daily along with a number of other issues I have but if I tell him about anything going on that I'm concerned with he will immediately order blood work & whatever is needed. Love everyone here
Never get in a reasonable time at least 30-45 minute wait for a scheduled appointment. And for getting a call back if you leave a message
