I have been a patient of Dr. Outz for over six years, and I can’t say enough good things about him, his wife, and their wonderful staff. I regret ever stepping foot into Dr. Outz’s office. I initially chose this practice due to its proximity to my home, but convenience quickly turned into a nightmare. During my first visit, I was seen by Madeline Outz (the office manager, not a licensed physician but described misleadingly on their website as having "nursing and business experience"). I hardly ever give bad reviews, Although this one is much needed. I have a 5 star prior to my visit today. I pay 400.00 a month just to see Dr. Charles Outz, I requested today to see him to make sure I could get some clarity on something I was upset about.
