Excellent service and turn around time as expected. Outwest diagnosed and fix an intermittent fault on my breville barista touch, Plus a service while it was there. Highly recommended if you are need repairs or service on your machine.
Best, these guys are like the Breville whisperer lololol... New triac, new 3x way solenoid, new seals, all systems are go! Don't take your machine to try Breville service centre, they will rip you a new one. Just hit up the forums or touch base with these guys and try to fix it yourself. I've had this BES920 for 9 years, it's probably pulled nearly enough shots to max out the counter. The Toyota Camry of the coffee machine world.
