I had Outtoday come out and replace my water heater and my furnace. The furnace was 15 years old and the water heater was 20 years old. They were due for an upgrade. The furnace kept shutting on and off and would not go no higher than 75 degrees. The water pressure in my house was very low and the water was coming out brown sometimes. The technician was very nice he understood my concerns and helped me with all my questions. Great job Outtoday!

Extremely expensive. We just paid \$282.51 to look at the heater for a few minutes and tell us the circuit board needs to be replaced and we should buy a new furnace. They said it would take \$950 to fix, but we should buy a new unit and presented several options. Their goal was to sit at the kitchen table and talk about which replacement option you should buy. I am still in shock that they charged that much to write up an estimate that took a few minutes to figure out.
