The customer service is phenomenal from the moment you call to set up the appointment to the time your car is ready. All of the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and kind. I highly recommend this KIA service center.
Never ever go to that dealership. I gave ten thousand dollars for a car and it has tow defects and still waiting seven months later for the two parts I now find out that they were never ordered.

I have been going to Outten Service for 2 different vehicles now. 2011 and 2016 Sorento. They are great to work with. The desk team is very knowledgeable and do their best to get you in accurately. Work with service contracts, which is frustrating for them, but make it happen. The techs are top notch and get whatever you need done right the first time. Highly recommend. Only thing I would request (and note for others) would be to not move my seat all the way back and down. Even the 2016 doesn't have a seat setting save featu... read more
