I have been going to Outten Service for 2 different vehicles now. 2011 and 2016 Sorento. They are great to work with. The desk team is very knowledgeable and do their best to get you in accurately. Work with service contracts, which is frustrating for them, but make it happen. The techs are top notch and get whatever you need done right the first time. Highly recommend.
