Yikes. The "Starbucks" espresso machine was broken so I had to drink drip coffee, which I predicted correctly would be Bitter and became even more noticeably bitter in the darkened environs of the movie theatre. My hot dog was saltier than expected. And took 10 minutes to reach me due to a communication glitch. The service was also bitter and salty. Each of my questions was answered with surly incredulity. Yikes. Fortunately, everyone else working at the theatre was super nice and hospitable.

Price was higher at checkout, guy told me price list is outdated. I told him that they need to charge whats on list but he offered the cancel order and file complaint. I had to cancel my order. Not a good way of doing business.

This theatre's outtakes and food are some of the worst I have ever experienced. Food is over cooked. Always have to ask for the dips that is suppose to come with the meals and most of the time they will not even give you a tray. Portions size has decreased but they charge double for what it use to be. Theatre is more interested in showing garbage pujab films rather than older classics or film Festival films.

i wasn’t expecting great service. but the staff took the wrong order and prepared the wrong food. when i went and asked about it, they weren’t happy and gave looks. own up to your mistake isn’t that hard. and giving looks to customers isn’t nice
