Friendly and helpful, good prices.
Brought my bike in for a tune up and select part replacement. The tech was great going over my bike and explaining everything. Never once got the feeling he was pushing work it didn't need. Gave me a ballpark estimate and when it came time to pick my bike up, to my surprise the price was at the low start of the estimate. Maybe it's just the way the world is now but you just always assume it's always going to be the high end plus plus plus. Brought my bike back to life. Would use their service again without hesitation.
