Juan is absolutely an amazing builder! I was able to collaborate and design with him, and together, we came up with a transformative aesthetic designed front porch for my home. The cost of this project is far out weighted by the home equity value that my home was improved with the resulting beautiful architectural appearance.
We are Extremely Satisfied with the Work that Outstanding Properties has done. Once the rear porch was complete, we hired Mr. Canela to Renovate all 3 Floors of our 100 year old 3 Family House. He has refinished: the walls, the ceilings, the Front & Rear Hallways; He has built a Laundry-Room Wall in the Basement; He has Installed 21 Doors, Retiled 2 Bathroom Shower Walls and, built beautiful Front porch stairs to match the New Front Doors. I would recommend him to anyone who has a project!!!
