We are Extremely Satisfied with the Work that Outstanding Properties has done. Once the rear porch was complete, we hired Mr. Canela to Renovate all 3 Floors of our 100 year old 3 Family House. He has refinished: the walls, the ceilings, the Front & Rear Hallways; He has built a Laundry-Room Wall in the Basement; He has Installed 21 Doors, Retiled 2 Bathroom Shower Walls and, built beautiful Front porch stairs to match the New Front Doors. I would recommend him to anyone who has a project!!!
Juan and his crew were amazing. Punctual, accurate, professional. They are definitely the people you want for the job. Hats off to Outstanding property services. The work is uncomparable. They got the job done in little time, it was perfect. They went above and beyond. I will be calling them again. Number 1 in my book.
Juan is very kind and knowledgeable. He will give you an advice even if you don't ask for it. He is very diligent on getting everything on time. He removed all the hassle from the project. He kept me informed, I literally just had to sit down and relax. The project was due to be finished on a Sunday and he was done by Thursday. I'm glad my friend referred him to me. I'll most definitely use his services on my future projects.
We are very, very Satisfied with the Work that Outstanding Properties has done. I would recommend him to anyone who has a project.
