Amazing customer service and a great product! The sales representative I was working with (Jess B.) was attentive, friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She was very proactive about getting my order delivered to me in the short turnaround time I requested. The product was great quality, and the engraving was well done. I would highly recommend this business!!

Outstanding Branding was so great to work with on my small order of 150 wrist lanyards. The delivery window was very tight yet they came through exactly as they said they would. Emily monitored the production and delivery process closely to ensure the lanyards reached me in time. I was kind of panicking and she kindly reassured me that everything would be ok. And she was right.

Tell them what you need and what your budget is, they will curate the most ideal options for you so there's no time wasted searching endlessly for the products you need. They always keep you update on the status of your order & turnaround time is quite prompt in my opinion.
Excellent communication and quality. We were looking for branded T-shirts with a front chest logo larger than 3 inches, and most other companies don't do that. Our T-shirts are great, and we recommend this company.
