I had an extremely disappointing experience with this salon. I scheduled an appointment for a roller set on natural hair for Saturday, January 31st at 9:00 am. On Friday at 4:43 pm, I received a call from the stylist asking me some questions about my hair. After a few questions, she stated that my hair texture might not work and then proceeded to offer a different version of a style.
