Huge thanks to Outsiders for helping me out while I was on a road trip home. They got my truck in quickly, worked fast, and did excellent, honest work. What stood out most was their customer service — easily the best I’ve experienced anywhere. They were transparent, professional, and did everything they could to save me money while still keeping the repair safe and high quality. If you need reliable auto repair, fair pricing, and people you can trust, this is the place to go.
My car broke down on the 14 hour drive home. Although the car had little to no hope, Andy worked with me to keep my car running as long as he could. Even after I left VA, he would call to give his professional opinion. Can’t say enough about his help in this unfortunate journey. I have no clue what I would’ve done without his help! Although I don’t wish the same on anyone, don’t hesitate to trust Andy and his team if you ever find yourself in a similar situation!
Omg this place is the Best!!! My Husband and I had our working trailer breaks go out on us. when I say Andy and his Team came out fast was very nice we were under so much stress but they were able to get us back rolling and making money. We greatly appreciate your help in fixing our trailer. Thank you for making us smile during our time down.
Outsiders truly went above and beyond to help us!! Derrick, Nick, and Craig were incredible in helping fix my dad’s truck and whenever they realized it was a bigger issue, they took our truck and brought it back to their garage, giving us a ride to the garage. Craig even took us back to our house in Mount Airy!!!! They showed nothing but hard work and kindness!
I can't say enough good things about these guys, but most importantly I would say they're HONEST. They had us laughing during a stressful time and were honest with us every step of the way. As travellers from Florida, we had no idea where to go or who to trust. These guys were fast getting there, truthful from the beginning, and kind to 2 people who were feeling desperate.
