I’m a very happy customer! The fine folks at Outsiders saved me when I was stranded nearby with a blown engine, and on a weekend no less. Nick and Katherine were honest, courteous, and so helpful from start to finish. I live in Canada, so you can imagine blowing an engine so far from home was very stressful, and the team was kind and reassuring throughout. They found me a used engine at a good price, answering all my questions and did a great job in getting me back on the road. Thanks so much from a happy Canadian!

They helped us out more than they really needed to, going above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. Our car gave out on route to our vacation spot and it was a miracle we could get somewhere safe to pull over before it went dead. Outsiders along with towing took care of us, helped us get to the rental car place, and we were able to leave our car with them while we headed out for vacation. This company assisted me greatly when my alternator decided to fail on my road trip. Stuck at an auto zone with my daughter and dog, they were able to get the part and assist me, even after hours, so I wouldn’t be left stranded. The father and son worked fast and efficiently and the wife was a pleasure to text with and arrange payment and services. Very grateful for them! Thank you so much!

I am SO happy I called Outsiders for mobile repair. My F150 gear shifter froze up in Laurel Fork and we had a very important appointment that afternoon. Kathryn immediately worked so hard to find the parts needed and Nick came out asap and did an incredible job getting the shifter fixed. I will always use this company for all my vehicles from now on. They really care and do everything they can to turn a stressful situation right around and at a very reasonable price.

Huge thanks to Outsiders for helping me out while I was on a road trip home. They got my truck in quickly, worked fast, and did excellent, honest work.
