I guarantee that all the non-5 star ratings either didn't have the brisket or had a bad piece. Best brisket (most important part of Texas bbq) in Washington and perhaps outside of Texas.
Overall good bbq. The quality varies from day to day though. I was really disappointed by the Pomegranate Pork Belly once because it was very overdone, nearly black. Had a burnt flavor and was very dry. I was surprised they were selling it in that state. Pork belly and brisket is consistently good though.
Too salty for my taste. If Germany had bbq this is what I imagine it would taste like. Heavy with the mustard, salt and vinegar... Lacking smoke, sweetness and warmth of molasses... Or maybe the mustard and vinegar overwhelmed it. I'll go back and give it a second try because the meat was tender and I believe in 2nd chances.
