Lovely staff with great communication!
We received a referral to Outside the Square in May 2024, but never heard back from them. I called multiple times and they never picked up or got back to me. I totally understand if they're not taking new patients, or have a waitlist, but to not even reply or get back to people is pretty poor form. This has delayed my kid in getting the help he needs by months.
I have continually been impressed with the level of service this practice provides; friendly and understanding with attention to detail. I would unreservedly recommend their services - they certainly helped me when I needed it.
So I managed to get an appointment with the psychologist in 2022 for my daughter to start seeing someone unfortunately before my daughter's actual appointment the psychologist resigned and my daughter was not seeing by anyone and was put back in the waitlist as a top "priority". 2023 I called again for an update was told there was no psychologist yet and i would be contacted once they had a new psychologist. 2024 I call to get an update on waitlist again was told I would be sent out a waitlist form to place her back " somewh... read more
