This is the worst place to go. They have no clue on what to do there they look at you like your stupid and they dont listen to your problems they dont even help you with your problems. This was an amazing place to go when it was in Boaz. Since the move to Albertville, the staff seem to have lost their compassion. They say they are going to leave a message and have someone return your call, which NEVER happens. They leave you on hold for a ridiculously long period of time until you give up and hang up. They get your prescriptions wrong. Don't they have your medicine history in your chart? I even came into the office, while on hold for over 20 minutes on my cellphone. I absolutely loved this office prior to relocating to their current location in Albertville. Since the move the staff has become arrogant, not friendly and seem not to care. I have been told bc of nursing home patients and covid hours have been changed. Understandably warranted. But now they offer drive through checking for patients that have fevers and such for convenience and safety. When asked if the office visit charges have been cut in have of course not.
