I've ordered their seeds in 2 ways. 1) through Amazon and 2) through their site. Had no issues receiving and planting the ones I bought from Amazon. Seeds germinated so much faster than other plant brands I had also bought at the time to compare quality, etc. Had a much higher germination rate than other brands. Placed an order through their site and wound up not receiving the package even though it said it was delivered.
