Getting a drive through car wash.
All they do is try to upsell.. Their website has a whole list of things they are supposed to do but they don't...asked them if they could check my transmission fluid since they wanted to sell me a fluid change....they said they couldn't find my transmission. That is why teenagers should never be put in charge of touching someones car. EDIT..Checked my oil and they OVERFILLED by a quart..DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR!
A $4 charge was added to my $70 oil change. This is in addition to a $3.99 shop charge. When I questioned the staff member she had absolutely no idea what I was asking about. She called a manager and after several minutes of back and forth I was told it for was a special air filter. I did not request a special oil filter. I have a Chevy Trax, I have brought it here 15-20 times and never been charged for a special oil filter. Crazy way to lose a customer.
Updating my review since Outshiner was purchased by Performance Plus. After a few visits, I really recommend these folks for oil changes. I've talked to a few people who have been told that they don't need an oil change when they went in for one, which is about as honest as it gets. I've never had any issues and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!
