Been trying to contact Outscape for a follow up aftercare but unable to get them. Are you still in business?
Have done work for this landscaping company for many years and never once has there been a toilet for workers or a site bin for rubbish ! The basics of a construction site very disappointing and unprofessional for a company of this size
Ryan sprouted every impression he was competent however when it came to the problems he caused he couldn’t take responsibility. We paid a high price however his work quality was amateurish. He laid the blame rather than rectify the mistake. To this day we have been left with a poor quality job. The most disappointing response was he requested one of his staff not a supervisor to approach me to defend his actions. Be wary of him
We chose Outscape because of their professionalism and reputation. Ryan and the designers suggested some great design features and options allowing us to tailor the final design to fit our budget. Everything was on the plan and in the detailed quotation. The construction team were all friendly and paid great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Outscape to anyone wanting a first rate garden and hardscape.
