It's a good 15 minute walk to the closest beach. The bathroom door doesn't close all the way, there is only an air conditioner in the main bedroom so the rest of the condo gets quite warm. The staff member I talked to about a barbecue wasn't very pleasant. It is well landscaped and the pool is great. Room 1404
Nice neighborhood, walkable distance to the beach. Peaceful and quiet area. Good to stay with the kids. Free parking if you are renting a place.
