If I could give a zero I would. Our room had not been cleaned prior to us checking in and the manager Denise thought it would be ok to give me a bottle of bleach spray with rags to clean it ourselves. They didn't charge the $35 resort fee.... whoopdy doo! There was also blood drops on our sheets. They also handed us sheets to change our own bed. Completely unbelievable!
