Redoing my 1st review 2nd visit I came there today as a walk in , approx 2-3pm. Front desk ( older dark lady) I explained I was in area and had stayed before. I have a friend who owns here. I asked for availability for the evening and was actually interested in 2 nights if available. The lady informed me she was very busy and it would take awhile to check. I stood in the lobby for 30mins before anyone acknowledged me. I asked if they had rooms with a balcony as the website I booked through stated it did. The front desk lady’s response was “What can I say it’s false advertising?” As a full time live in caregiver that only had two days away I tried to book something else but of course everything is booked so I got keys to the room. The rooms are dated and show wear but the location and the view could not be better. FULL view of the ocean, sound of the surf, sunrises. Met new friends. Any request was handled promptly and with great attitude. Staff went out of their way to help.
