Uncomfortable and unsafe an old man talking VERY disrespectful to employees and guest puts his hands on people pulling guest from rooms . I'll never go back and I'll tell everybody I can about him and this place
Great Place & Lovely Staff
Updated - this wasn't the property I had such a bad time at, different property as the owner pointed out. So sorry, I have no experience with this hotel and I can only assume they are good people just trying to feed their families just like me. To the owners of this hotel I extend my sincere apology and next time I visit if you will have me I will make an effort to book at your property.
Unbelievable customer service. Staff were very accommodating and so friendly. Place was kept very clean inside and out the pool was crystal clear and refreshing the hot tub was kept at a great temperature and jets was great and the view from both sitting right on the ocean was amazing. I can't say enough how the front staff especially Denise made us feel at home. So comfortable and safe. There was security staff on at night to be sure guests were safe.
