Very thorough and competent. A comfortable experience with Dr. Jenks. Personable and professional. A great help with the dizziness I was experiencing. Fantastic selection of frames. I strongly suggest you give this provider a call. He's only five minutes away from me.
You have seen the ticktocks, and you have wondered could this possibly be what wrong with me? Do I have BVD too? Take that as a sign, and make the appointment. I learned more about my health, and eyes, and life in an hour appointment with him , than in repeated appointments with others. My last Dr pushed aside my complaints and said I was getting old and it was just time to get stronger glasses so my eyes didnt have to work so much. Dr Jenks listened, and then he explained. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it has been going to see Dr. Jenn’s! For months I was too sick to do much - dizzy and nauseous all the time, headaches, and the strangest feelings when using electronics. With my new prism glasses, all that is gone and so many things I don’t expect are gone or nearly gone as well (even though I’ve only had them for a few weeks!) - neck pain, shoulder and upper back pain, TMJ pain, sinus pain and so much anxiety. I had a great experience with Dr. Jenks and staff at Outreach Vision. I have left visual field deficiencies from a traumatic brain injury and Dr. Jenks got me fit for corrective lenses that help me see much better than previously. Having the the right pair of glasses from Outreach Vision has helped reduce headache and equilibrium issues. I would highly recommend this optometry clinic to anyone looking for a medical team that cares about helping others. 5/5 stars!
