I want to thank Dr. Jenks so much for helping me. I have been struggling for two months after I took a blow to the head that caused me to have a TBI/Concussion. So many of my intense symptoms are being caused by my eyes not working properly. He took the time and ran tests and figured out what was wrong. Dr. Jenks was an excellent doctor for my daughter to see to get some relief after her accident. My daughter has a Concussion/TBI and has been struggling for months with her vision, balance, dizziness, and more. The time he took to help my daughter was just so informational. My daughter was starting to show improvement after getting a trail pair of prism glasses. I highly recommend him and am so thankful for his help and support.
Dr. Jenks is one of (if not the) most compassionate and understanding doctor I've visited, and I have experience with dozens. Not only has Dr. Jenks helped reduce life-defining symptoms by about 70% (and in turn, given me life and hope), but he has also treated me with respect, care, and understanding. Dr. Jenks diagnosed me with Binocular Vision Dysfunction and ENDED my 24/7 nonstop headache that I had for many years. Also I want to say, that some people have told me that you have to have double vision in order to have BVD. That’s not true. I do not have double vision.
