Plan on one to two hours to be seen. The scheduling is a mess. The office is a dump. Shared bathroom with no toilet covers for the ladies. The staff is okay, however, they can NEVER tell you when you will be seen.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Outreach. I contacted this practice by telephone and through the website chat feature to ask if my insurance would be accepted. Both agents told me "yes". With this confirmation, I utilized the chat feature to send my insurance information to the agent and to make an appointment.
