Terrible service by a person named April Jones who was more interested in a meeting with her "supervisor " VP Sharrita, than taking care of the patient! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. NO OTHER PATIENTS WERE THERE, I CAN SEE WHY. Anytime a supervisor meeting is more important than the patient, SOMEBODY SHOULD BE FIRED. When Ashley was the administrator things went perfectly. I’ve been going to outreach for over two years and been sober for three years next month. The staff is awesome and encouraging; especially Alyssa. She’s gone above and beyond for me. She’s compassionate and fair. I can’t say more great things about her. She’ll really works with you for the best possible outcome. The entire staff is helpful. Dr. Murray is very efficient and thoughtful. I’m really grateful that I found this office!
