Good helpful knowledgeable engineers It is with great sadness that I edit my review. My wife recently had her car serviced at Outrams. They identified some issues and rather than contact her they proceeded with these giving us a rather unpleasant surprise. Had they contacted us we would have approved for most (not all) of what they did ( front coil had snapped and was a danger and this we would have said yes to), but they did not contact us at all and this left a rather sour taste (£50+ for wiper blades particularly annoys) ... read more
