Dr Outram has always been a good Dr ,and treated me very well .I had him as my Dr in Kamloops ,and when he left to go to Kelowna ,I was heart broken .I got another Dr ,and he ended up loosing his licence ,so I called Dr Outrams I was accepted ,,that was in 2017 ,,,,,2018 I was diagnosed with cancer ,Dr Outram was just as devastated as I was ,,,,,year later ,,,Dr Outram went on medical leave ,,,,he has had other Dr's fill in for him ,,,,,,Dr Rukavina was his full in for 2 yrs ,he was also very caring and always called me back... read more
