Manager/owner has anger issues. She yelled at me and called me a liar. Was charged $16 for a $6 wash. When I called to inquire, I was told there was a sign posted near the reader that stated there would be a 3 day hold and then the $10 would be released. Obviously I didn't see this sign. The owner then blamed it on the Apex machine that processes the transaction. I was very calm and polite, but she was not and in fact she started yelling at me and telling me if I download the app I would not have this hold. Also, I guess you... read more
