I had an issue with my 19 RAM aftermarket sound system that was installed by previous owner. The store owner, Russia, was very understanding and upfront about everything. I took my truck the next morning as scheduled and he had Brian work on it. I was expected to be there for maybe 2+ hours but I was in and out in about 1 1/2 hour. He did not overcharge me and truck now sounds better than ever. Thank you to Outrageous Audio.
As everyone says, the owner and front and center sales guy is a bit of a character, loud, fast talking, classic New Yorker! But him and his crew know their stuff. If he says something and forgets, or makes a mistake in his invoice, or whatever, he’ll make it right one way or another. Outrageous Audio may not be the lest expensive, but you’ll definitely get the quality product, installation, and expertise you pay for and then some.
