Stu is 1 of the best strength coaches I’ve ever seen. When you tell him, “I wanna put in the work to get my body weight down to something reasonable;” he says, “got it, we start Monday.” Can’t thank the trainers there enough for seeing through my excuses and starting me on consistency.
