My Physical Therapist Aaron is absolutely wonderful. Not only am I healing way more quickly than expected, he also explains things. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable about knee replacements. I'm very pleased with the outcome so far.
What an unusual experience. The woman who answers the phone seems to be actively trying to sabotage the clinic.
Accidentally missed an appointment after tearing my labrum a few months ago and was discharged without warning or alert after a few weeks of good sessions and a few reschedules which I alerted them to. Unsure if they think their patients are intentionally nefarious, but they should probably come up with a text alert system or at minimum, call their patients when they discharge them. After my first meeting with John my back pain was reduced and when I follow the exercise plan he offered, my back is in near perfect condition. This is the first time I've experienced lasting relief. I've had chronic back pain most of my life and work in a job that stresses it much and often. The tips related to body positioning and stabilization have made it much safer for me to work, and still be in shape to play with my kids when I'm off. Can't thank him enough!
I like my pt person but the one lady that answers the phone is EXTREMELY rude!! I'm going switch to the downtown center as they are much nicer.
