When I was new to the area I had an appointment at Duke Regional Outpatient and was unfamiliar with the layout and what a huge complex this was. I parked and went inside and wandered for a while totally confused. I asked a young lady how to get to my appointment. Rather than trying to give me extensive directions, Kelsey Ellis took the time to walk me a pretty long way to where I needed to be. I will always be grateful.

Outpatient service staff are the best!! Johanni at the window was very courteous to mom and I, she made sure we were all checked in for my mom’s appointment with a smile that made us feel very welcoming. Good teamwork!
