I would have never chosen this physical therapy clinic based on appearance. It’s not sleek or modern, however, the physical therapy is top-notch. I’ve been suffering with sciatica for a year and a half and have visited several physical therapy offices with no change at all. My newest specialist recommended Derek Rhodes, who works at this clinic and so I signed up. I can only speak from personal experience with this place. I was assaulted with weapon. The trauma to my brain resulted in a hemorrhagic stroke caused left side paralysis. I worked with other places before coming here which I still couldn’t even stand before my first visit Mrs. Brenda and Mrs.Emily are the main ones that worked with me got me to not only stand they got me to walk with a cane. Besides the initial evaluation, 30 min visits are completed in 15-22 minutes ( timed to prove it). Will schedule upcoming appointments and not inform you until the phone call the night before to confirm. Star at the front desk is very contradicting. This place doesn’t check to see if your insurance requires a pre authorization. Will treat you and not say a word about claims being denied.
