The worst place to attempt to get treatment from. Called to make an appointment on serveral occasions and all times said never got the doc. Had my Dr and serveral different assistants fax/send over referral each time this place said they never got them. Lady on the phone at this PT place hung up on me when trying to ask questions about PT and how come they didnt get the referral. My appointment with Rachel was cancelled with an hours notice. I was told via voicemail she had a “sick child.” Rachel is the clinic director and still felt cancelling a new patient appointment was an appropriate solution to not having childcare. My appointment was scheduled 6 weeks out. I was also told via voicemail that they couldn’t reschedule me for a weeks time. I received therapy at the Puyallup location weekly for approximately six months and appreciated the care I received, which significantly improved my quality of life. However, I was disappointed by the clinic's approach to cancellations. Like many healthcare providers, they enforce a no-show fee of $75 for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. I could not be more grateful for Kate Johnson and Rachel Hofmann. They cared for me for 22 months during the worst pain of my lifetime, which I was thoroughly disabled by. They never gave up on me.
