Have been coming here for the past year after surgery due to injuries sustained at the gym. Cannot speak highly enough of the therapists, assistants and front desk staff. They are always able to accommodate me due to my busy work schedule despite the center being beyond busy. The progress I made was very quick and my turnaround to return to work was quicker than I anticipated . My son also is a patient here and has made good progress as well. They double bill… watch out… they don’t tell you that there is a balance and then goes right to collection agency. Although most therapists are nice… it’s more like an automated assembly line where you are given exercises by a different person and no one is watching you… I really did not like it there and impossible to get someone in billing to talk to!!!
I called to make an appointment for an evaluation & a treatment appointment yesterday. According to the receptionist, if I were to start treatment for physical therapy there, the office is so busy that I wouldn’t be able to get a second appointment for treatment earlier than a month apart from the last one. I asked her, “so what if the physical therapist says I need therapy once or twice a week? Your office can’t accommodate that right now?” And she told me they cannot. Very disappointed in the service I was secluded to separate area because of my odor of marijuana the therapist Ava Perkins brung to separate room for normal population and asked me if I drove to my appointment which I found weird because I have a knee brace on and can’t bend my knee I answered her question and said no I didn’t she then proceeded to tell me well because of my odor of marijuana the other staff and patients were uneasy about it at that moment I told her I don’t want to continue my appointment and would like to ... read more
