I have had extremely positive experiences using the Outpatient Pharmacy. Knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about your well being, and who will help you find deals when they can. On my last visit, I was picking up a pretty expensive medication, and the tech stopped the transaction to help me find a coupon for the medication. Always on time, always very friendly and prompt. Definitely worth getting your prescriptions through them.
The very knowledgeable staff provide excellent guidance and effectively address concerns. Skilled in listening and crafting responses that put you at ease. Very professional and easy to get in and out of.
Kyle at Glens Falls hospital outpatient pharmacy went over and above for me today he called around to all the different pharmacies and wouldn't take no for an answer and got me the prescription I needed and it's not the first time that Glens Falls hospital outpatient pharmacy has gone over and above for me!
