I just got a call saying my prescription was ready. The problem is, I’ve never used this pharmacy. So I tried to call. The phone was answered, and I was given no opportunity to say anything. All I heard was, “Brigham and women’s outpatient pharmacy, please hold, click.” Straight to bad holding music. After holding for 15 minutes I hung up. Useless patient service.

They say there is a mail order pharmacy option. I have been told 4 or 5 different things, and each attempt prove the last direction wrong. The last was I has to request this when I called in a refill. The refill line is automated and does not offer this option. Other than this run around, the staff are efficient, professional, and helpful. This seems like system issue. Or, in reality, there really is no mail order option. Feel free to lmk.
