Very disorganized place. 1. When you call they ask you what appointment do you need . I feel like if you’re a established patient they should tell you what you need 2. You see different doctors Everytime . One will tell you you’re coming back for a certain kind of appointment. And when you get there is something totally different. Miscommunication between staff members . 3 . At every appointment you’re suppose to hear baby’s heart beat . I do not at this place
so I was referred here because I'm high risk and having twins. my experience wasn't absolutely horrible. there was a bit of a mix up they called me to the desk to give me my discharge papers and was like see you next appointment before I had even been seen. the nurse blamed another nurse for the mix up. To me it just showed that there focus is not where it needed to be. Was not a huge fan of this office but I did love the front staff. The provider Ruth was also AMAZING! She is personable, very sweet, addressed all of my concerns and I never felt rushed with her. If this were her office, I’d give it 5 stars!
I have had two other woman’s health providers both who were able to talk through and help me with my concerns (I needed my expired Nexplanon removed, a string check for an IUD placed a month ago and I had a question about new spots on my breasts). Never in my previous experiences have I ever been told to pick between my issues due to my insurance.
