I've had blood work as well as radiology services performed here, and the staff and care team/service providers have all been friendly and helpful. Also, outside of once when they were transitioning to this location a couple of years ago, I've had minimal wait time. Bravo, SMH!

Staff were very friendly. My visit was very efficient.
I typically arrive around 7am and have no wait time. The staff is so friendly and efficient which I so appreciate. Luckily I usually have the same phlebotomist Latoya and she is simply AMAZING! She is always extremely professional, warm, and kind. It’s comforting to see the same person. She makes getting lab work easy peasy! She is quite an asset to SMH!!!
Been here a few times now and I love the place. Easy parking in the tower opposite. Enter the check-in room, take a number and you will be called in a very short time by professional, kind and polite staff members. A very short time later the lab staff takes you to do their thing and you’re done.
