Bad bad bad service! Rosemary the registration rude! My Dr. told me that she faxed my lab order to the lab, when I get there she can find my order and tells me it’s the patient responsibility to have the order in a mean rude way! Well, my Dr. didn’t give it to me how am I supposed to have it? No effort to try to find it. People like her should not be working there! My new choice for lab work. I get a lot of lab work done and have usually gone to Wuest or Labcorp but always found the weight to be so long and I’ve even made online appointments that somehow just didn’t appear in their system when I got there even when I had a confirmation number. My mom recommended I use this lab at Waldemere location and it has been 1000% better than my experiences at the other places. OUTRAGEOUS pricing on lab-work. AVOID at all cost.
I went there with an order for blood work from my PCP. They did not send it to my PCP, they just shelved it and my doc appt was a waste of time and money. Now they say I need to fill out a release and attach copy of my license for them to send the results to the doctor that ordered it. SMH will endanger your health.
