This last visit was the 3rd visit that were told we were not on the schedule and had to be re-scheduled for another time, creating yet another trip. Baptist Infusion is totally disorganized, taking up to 1½ hours for my injection! My husband actually asked his doctor to change his meds so he would not have to deal with a 4 hour wait for his 30 minute infusion. Would definitely not recommend.
Have constantly had scheduling issues. Will give us a printed date/time, even calls to confirm or I call to confirm and still will have you sitting up here all day, feeding you any excuse they can as to why. An hr appt has now taken 4 hrs. Living over an hr away does not make it easy to just reschedule. Would never recommend.
Trying to schedule an iron infusion per the referral my Dr. made. Can't get anyone to call me back. Been trying for a week. The whole point of the infusion is to get my level up quickly. Doesn't work if I can't get in. Ridiculous.
