This is a terrible location. The procedure went well but they told me that I had met my deductible and did not have a co-pay. They said that they verified this through my insurance and sent me on my way. They did not provide a bill and did not send me any more information about it. Around 8 months later I found out that they sold my information to a debt collector. I verified that it was legit through my insurance and payed it. Had been to this facility for MRI's two times in the past and expected to receive the same good experience as before. This was a terror. Arrived with the television blaring because the front desk ladies obviously did not want their conversation heard. Could hear both, and would have preferred the TV to have been off or at least turned down. Was asked once arrived at dressing room whether wanted a scrub top to wear over my silk turtleneck since I would not be able to wear bra. I had a flat tire yet still made to my appt. I was 15 minutes late. They said I missed appt and charge $150, seemed like a scam

When I walked into the office, the two ladies at the desk just stared without greeting me. Once I was done, I went back to the front to check out and I was ignored they were both talking to a customer about personal things. The customer said hey don't you need to assist her. They responded by saying what is it I can help you with. I said do I need to check out or what. She said no that's all we need from you and immediately picked up the conversation.
