Slow and confused
Today I had an X-ray appointment at Outpatient & Diagnostic Services at the Manatee Memorial Hospital, initially I was at reception with a very nice person, Jazminn, she did all the routine process for the appointment, as well as Anna, Regarding of the payment, she was very nice too. then I wait about 5 minutes only and Linsey Page, appeared asking for me and walked me to the x-ray room, she was also very friendly and professional, she was very confident taking the images, she was very clear and specific with the introductio... read more
Waiting in Outpatient waiting room at Manatee Hospital with my Mom since 7:40 a.m. for an 8:00 a.m. appt. Now at an hour later, 8:40 am, we are still waiting, and nothing. Waiting for transport to take her for her test. This is the worst experience of customer service we've ever experienced!!!
