I was scheduled three weeks out for an open mri. I repeated my self several times that I needed an open mri. She reassured me it was an open MRI. A week before I called to see if they had any cancellations and was informed they don’t have an open MRI machine. I lost two weeks waiting for this appointment. How is she employed in the scheduling department and doesn’t realize they don’t have an open MRI machine at that location?? Never again at tower health!
Went to this location for a brain MRI with no contrast. I’m extremely claustrophobic and have literally ran out of previous MRI’s hysterical and having a panic attack. The woman at registration was phenomenal! Compassionate and asked if I wanted to see the machine before going back. The Receptionist was kind and understanding and made me feel so calm. Fast Polite Proffessional.
After waiting 45 minutes with a full bladder because they test required a full bladder they decided to take me for the test. This place is very inefficient and inconsiderate. The patient experience was not good. Who can wait in the waiting room with a full bladder for 45 minutes to an hour. I feel like a bunch of robots who don’t get how to treat people awful. After I paid $400 out of pocket and my insurance paying a thousand more.
