System is abit confusing but works. Grab a ticket. Take a seat. Wait for reception to call your number. Check in with reception. Wait for your name to be called. There's multiple clinics in the same place. Could do with a bit of a revamp as the vibes abit bleak but it works and it's public so can't complain
I’m currently sitting in the waiting room and feel compelled to share our ongoing experience. We arrived at 9:15am for a 9:30am appointment. It is now 10:15am — over an hour later — and not a single patient has been called in. Doctors are walking in and out with no updates or explanation. My father has stage 3 lung cancer and diabetes. Rather dysfunctional. Waited over 30min at reception as only one receptionist. Parking is very limited
