tried to make an appointment by phone. called all day, no answer. left voice mail, no return call. recording says they're open 8-5 M-F, but at 3:30 on Fri., a recording says it's after business hours and leave a message. don't understand why it should be so hard to get a person to answer the phone! terrible health care customer service!!! why???
I’ve gone to Matt for pain management for several months. The sonic wave treatments are awesome! They’ve been a tremendous help for plantar fasciitis and other chronic muscle and joint pain. I highly recommend them.
Horrible all around experience here. Waited patiently on a cold, rainy December day for my MRI at this facility. They took me to a truck outside of the building for my MRI. Beware, I had to go up and down slippery and wet metal steps to this MRI . I was soaked by the time I got in the door. The technician had an umbrella, but did not offer me one and it was pouring. I injured my knee playing kickball in December and the ortho I went to ordered a MRI from a different office and diagnosed me with a bone bruise/contusion. He told me on Monday when I still couldn’t walk after weeks of resting etc that I needed a steroid shot and if I didn’t heal he would scope me after the wedding and maybe even need to do a partial knee replacement.
