The care I have received for the past 8 years have been nothing short of exceptional. After IOP, I began seeing Lise O’Neill as a provider. Her knowledge, expertise, and regard for my well-being helped me to become the person I am today. I couldn't speak more highly of her.
Discharged my MIL without telling anyone or a phone call. Now they expect her to sit and wait up to 3 hours to be evaluated. How do you expect someone with advance Alzheimer’s Dementia to sit in a waiting room for 3 hours! Also, how are you going to do a psych evaluation on someone with advance Alzheimer’s? This is not the first time they screwed her either. Prior to covid, they failed to do proper blood work to make sure her meds weren’t causing any damage.
