I haven't had an app here yet but I called them like 4 times no answer. Update: they got my appointment and were amazing helping me reschedule
Outlooks is amazing. It came highly recommended as I had recently moved to Grand Island. My first haircut (by Sonia) was wonderful. My sister-in-law and mother-in-law go there also.
