I see they are asking to remove a review about how dangerous the property is! This is proof of the parking lot which they do own. In the background you can see the business lot is cleared. And yoh can see the highway off the right. This is very common: that the business are cleared but or apartment complex does not clear.
I’ve lived here almost one here. I’m extremely happy with pretty much everything. Staff, maintenance and people are very friendly. Overall life had amazing experiences here and really love it here Only things I wish were different: parking (not a whole lot can be done), I wish the sink basin was one large instead of two halves, and people rarely wipe down anything in the gym.
I dont live here, I live in Golden Terrace. I wanted to get to the ebt office and took the hill path and slipped and fell. It is very dangerous. VERY DANGEROUS. I am disabled and was able to get my bearings but my back hurt so bad afterwards and I had to walk but more fragile people could get REALLY HURT. Something should be done. See my finger lines? Lmao. I lost my glasses, had to find them, got my clothes dirty. Do you see this incline? Why is this legal????? I take this path anytime I need to head north.
A fantastic place to live. The staff have been nothing but wonderful, helpful, and kind during the move in process & the sense of community is very strong. Wonderful amenities and very safe!
