Wasn't happy with the interest rate they were offering, not competitive at all.

Atish has been so great and helped me in every possible way to make my process very easy.
Got the preapproval from bank first, but it was far from what I need to borrow. Referred by friends, sit down with Atish and found out some hidden figures which has been missed previously. A small change changed all capacity of my borrowing. I am now in my own house, maybe change to bigger one in the future, will still come back for funding.
