Reasonably priced surgery for an average service. Post-operation after experiencing complications it has been difficult to communicate with operating surgeon for consultation. Unorganised admin team has resulted in no follow-up appointment and a poor experience overall.
Really happy about the care and service at the Coolangatta Outlook.. all the staff I encountered were warm and friendly. The receptionists were very pleasant and efficient both in person and on the phone. The lady who did all my tests ready for Dr Drury was fantastic. She was very easy to talk with, confident friendly and positive and knew exactly what she was doing. Dr Drury was great too, very professional yet down to earth, warm and friendly. All in all, this is a centre of excellence. Thank you!
This surgery have the most wonderful staff and experienced friendly specialists. Amazing people who have handled my numerous eye problems with care and and sensitive support. Thank you.
Dr Paul Ng is brilliant. He is reasonably priced and I have experienced complete satisfaction. Plus he is a lovely gentleman. I would and do recommend him to anyone with eyesight problems.
