I’m writing another review because this place and staff are one of a kind. It’s 6:45 way after closing and Lorena, property manager is checking/fixing a concern I have in the apartment. I meant for it to be checked in the am but she saw it before closing, and because they are short staffed at the moment, took it upon herself to come get her hands dirty, literally, herself. Nothing compared to that level of commitment. We don’t deserve her but so grateful to have her <3
DIDNT LIVE HERE! I wish I could’ve. Location was perfect, lots of options for food, and apartments were really nice. Sandy is amazing! She was really patient and answered all my questions days after my tour as I was still deciding on living on this side of the city.
I have lived here for a full year already and signed for another because the team is PHENOMENAL!!! Sandy and Lorena always make sure they are available and any concerns we bring up they fix immediately. They are THE BEST. The building has amazing pool, hot tub, gym and a nice yoga room!! I have a great view from my apartment. The location has quick access to i25 and to i225 also has so many restaurants walking distance and surrounding areas!
I moved here after Edge DTC treated me unfairly and they were able to move me in the same day. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. A few years ago maintenance went over and beyond to solve an annoying water hammer issue I had and they were patient with me. The place is really relaxing. Nothing ever happens here and that’s good! Very pet friendly. The parking is also secure. If I wasn’t buying a home I’d stay. Hate to leave. Goodbye and thanks a bunch!
