Great doctor and staff with bulk billing
Our family is so lucky to have Dr Ly as our doctor. He is knowledgeable and extremely care for his patients. I know sometimes he runs a bit behind the schedules. But that’s because he cares about his patients and doesn’t rush his patients out. I can find lots of GPs run on time and rush my appointment through but I can’t find a second doctor who cares about his patients like Dr Ly.
Appointments need more punctuality; it shouldn’t inconvenience anyone to wait more than 30 mins for their rightful bookings.
