Our family is so lucky to have Dr Ly as our doctor. He is knowledgeable and extremely care for his patients. I know sometimes he runs a bit behind the schedules. But that’s because he cares about his patients and doesn’t rush his patients out. I can find lots of GPs run on time and rush my appointment through but I can’t find a second doctor who cares about his patients like Dr Ly.
Appointments need more punctuality; it shouldn’t inconvenience anyone to wait more than 30 mins for their rightful bookings.
Probably the worst doctor in the world, wont even prescirbe anti biotics, very sick and without anyi biotics you cannot get better as you would being younger then 30, absolute waste
