A nice spacious gym thats not very busy. The hours are the best part of this place. There are some machines I would’ve appreciated that they had like a pendulum squat machine, but no complaints otherwise.
Excellent gym!!!hands down the best 24 gym I've ever been too and I travel for work. Machines are kept up,I've seen atleast 3 newly added Machines in the short time i was attending. A plethora of health friendly snacks meals and drinks will definitely be back when im in Longisland
I have been working out here for the last 2 years and by far it is the best gym I have ever been apart of. From the pre-made meals down to the cleanliness. Come one come all you won’t be disappointed.
